our 4 working process steps with each project

01. Consultation

Our visit is a complimentary consult. We will walk the property with you, and write the note details of the job. After we are done, we will ask you to respectfully sign the walk-through project notepad, so we can be in total congruence with the pro forma estimate that we will provide for you. We should be able to email your estimate within 24hrs.

02. Proposal

Our Proposal will include the details of our walk-through with the price package total. If you wish to have the pro forma itemized, you can let us know via a phone call. We ask 30% down to secure material costs before we start the work. Depending on the size of the project, we will generate your estimate within a day or two.

03. Installation

We only use commercial-grade materials from the best manufacturers with the best warranties. BSR offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all the projects. We are certified with most of the roofing materials. Thrust us with all your residential & commercial properties, you will not be disappointed.

04. Inspection

After each job is complete. We inspect the entire structure and make sure that the work is completely sound. We walk the entire perimeter of the property to make sure our clean-up crew removed & haul, all the debris. Furthermore, we also do a full inspection of the gutters, vents, and drains to verify that they are working properly and efficiently.
